Apart from me, about half of us changed accommodation. I lived in a bungalow that did not correspond to 5 stars by any chance. English sockets that don't have a European adapter and you either have to buy an adapter or they give you a plastic piece of crap that you have to push into the socket and then grab a European plug. My son was electrocuted. Food great, but cold. They don't take away the dirty dishes and don't refill the cutlery. I had to stir my coffee with a knife. All inclusive is only one restaurant. The kids have to buy ice cream as well as water at the beach and refuse to take change. My son got food poisoning before I left and I was not provided with sufficient medical assistance. The only advice was, pay for a taxi and go to the hospital. I exchanged the bungalow for a hotel. Its only plus was complete peace at night, which cannot be said about the hotel. They offered me the only room on the ground floor, and water flowed into the quarter of the room from the air conditioner, which opened in front of the terrace. our feet were clattering there. Because the terrace floor was raised and it flowed straight into the room. There is only one shop in the hotel, you have no chance to buy anything unless you go to the city in a bus without air conditioning for 4 euros per person. The only great thing was the water slides. Most of the staff do not understand English at all. On the way to the airport, I was physically and verbally assaulted by a tourist and the delegate did nothing at all. The power went out during the night and during the day.
