Recenze hotelu Planos Hotel **** (Řecko - Zakynthos - Tsilivi)
The hotel is nice and all the staff is kind smily and helps with everything, their service they do to maximum. Meal always perfect and tasty with lot of from what to choose and guys there at restaurant soooo kind!
At pool bar mister Giannis does always perfect service but! The management, miss Chrisa always complaining and she was screaming to us like to customers after we dare to told her that we are drinking hot drinks because the bar didn't have ice because of some damage on icemaker. She does not make a nice face of the hotel and we think she should not work there ! Maybe at any other hotel.
