Heaven on earth
I always have relatively high standards when traveling, but when it comes to accommodation, which means the room, its equipment and the overall location of the resort, I was, as in previous stays, more than satisfied and I can say the same about the staff, whether it was cleaning , which was in charge of Mianuddin, or the Saffron restaurant, where I ate, when the waitresses and waiters were really nice, attentive and very willing to the needs of the guests. In particular, I want to mention by name the waiters Anas, Jahin, Rahel and James, whose approach to their work is more than above standard. From the reception staff, Ibrahim and Monther and others, where it was really nice to be welcomed, that even after three years they remembered, there were simply wonderful people here. Even a seemingly small thing like transportation around the resort was always done perfectly and with a smile from the employees who arranged the pick-up. (Sameh, Sharif, Nizam and others.)
The absolute cherry on top is the coordinator of all the cleaning staff, Mr. Arif, under whose leadership the rooms are always in perfect condition after returning from the beach. He takes care of the running of the resort absolutely brilliantly, I even thought that he is some kind of manager, because according to my judgment, he has the best prerequisites and skills for that.
Finally, I have to go back to the two waiters at Saffron restaurant who I want to thank very much for being really extremely accommodating to the needs of the guests, they are Mr. Jahin and James. It would mean a lot to me if the management of the resort appreciated their great work in some way.
I must not forget to mention the really clean and clear sea and beach, which allows for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I already know that I will be very happy to return to this resort.
